The Process:
- 1. Together with Developers, we analyze the site and project objectives to develop a vision and chart the right path forward.
- 2. Utilizing branding strategies, we position the project with a concept narrative and resonant voice.
- 3. Concurrently, we collaborate with an Architect and Operator to masterplan an area program aligned with the development vision.
- 4. Upon agreement on the brand and program, we start exploring design, imagining experiences, and determining palette and style in line with the vision.
- 5. This comprehensive process aids developers in defining the project’s vision, scope, budget, and team.
