Raised across the globe and nurtured from a young age in the international design industry, Alison is passionate about the cultivation of artful living and a culture that appreciates the beauty found in everyday life.

From her earliest days, Chi has been part of tonychi, a distinguished design firm established by her family in 1984. After completing her Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Hospitality at NYU in 2013, she has directed and collaborated with various creative teams, developers, and branded operators to bring various award-winning projects to life.

Currently, Alison leads Alison Chi and Company, simply known as “Chi & Co,” a collaborative platform dedicated to reshaping the creative narrative for lifestyle places. This initiative merges culture with commerce, fostering holistic growth within the development industry.
